He has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, expanding market presence, and delivering exceptional financial and operational results across India's renewable energy sector.
Throughout his career, Sachin has demonstrated expertise in business development, stakeholder management, regulatory affairs, policy advocacy, financial modelling, sustainability, and people leadership. He successfully led solar business divisions at leading industrial conglomerates, achieving an impressive 199% CAGR over five years, while consistently exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
His leadership has also contributed to remarkable milestones, including 400% order-book growth for premier engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) solar divisions within a year, and multiple national awards recognizing engineering excellence, project innovation, and solar EPC leadership. Recognized among India's Top 50 Renewable Energy Leaders for Tomorrow (2022), he is widely respected for combining strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.
Sachin holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Durgapur, a PGPM in Marketing from Great Lakes Institute of Management, and an executive certification in Corporate Renewable Procurement from Imperial College Business School, London.
